At Invoicer.ai, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our users. Our refund policy is designed to offer flexibility and peace of mind when purchasing our services. Below you will find the terms under which refunds are granted.

Full Refund Within 30 Days

Eligibility: Users are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of their purchase date for any subscription or standalone service purchased through Invoicer.ai. Exclusions and resubscriptions after cancellation are not eligible (see additional terms below).

Process: To initiate a refund, users must contact our support team by following the steps below:
1. Login to your account.
2. Click the chat in the bottom right.
3. Send a message including your account details, invoice number, and reason for the refund.

Timeline: Upon receiving a refund request, our team will review it within 5 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed, and funds will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Prorated Refunds After 30 Days

Eligibility: After the initial 30-day full refund period, users are eligible for a prorated refund of their subscription fees based on the remaining time of their subscription. Exclusions and resubscriptions after cancellation are not eligible (see additional terms below).

Calculation: The prorated refund will be calculated by dividing the total cost of the subscription by the number of days in the subscription period, then multiplying by the number of unused days left in the subscription.

Process: Similar to the full refund process, users wishing to request a prorated refund must contact our support team with their account details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.

Timeline: Prorated refund requests will be reviewed within 5 business days. Approved refunds will be processed and credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Additional Terms

Service Termination: Upon processing a refund, your subscription or access to the service will be terminated immediately.

Exclusions: Refunds may not be available for certain promotional, bundled, or discounted offers. These exclusions will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase.

Resubscription After Cancellation: Users who cancel their subscription and subsequently resubscribe to create an invoice or use the service, and then request a refund, will not be eligible for a refund. This policy is in place to prevent misuse of our refund terms.
