Frequently Asked Questions
Does the timer keep running if I close the page?
Yes! Your timer state is saved to your browser's local storage. If you close or refresh the page, your timer will continue from where it left off.
Can I create my own projects and tasks?
Yes! Click "Create new project" in the time entry modal to add your own clients, projects, and task types. Your custom projects are saved locally.
What's the difference between the three views?
Day view shows detailed entries for a single day with start/stop controls. Week view shows a grid where you can quickly enter hours for each day. Calendar view shows your time blocks visually across the week like a calendar.
Is my data saved anywhere?
All your time entries, projects, and timer state are saved to your browser's local storage. This means your data stays on your device and isn't sent to any server. Use the export feature to backup your timesheets.
Is this time tracker free?
Yes, completely free with no limits. Track unlimited hours, create unlimited projects, and export as many timesheets as you need without signing up or paying.
